These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club ("we", "us", "our"), including classes, memberships, online registration, and SMS communications. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

Services

Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club provides fitness, training, and related services at our location. Class schedules, pricing, and program offerings may change. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Membership and Payment

Membership fees, class packages, and other charges are due as agreed at the time of purchase. Payment is non-refundable unless required by law or as specifically stated in your enrollment agreement.

SMS Communications — Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number to Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club (during in-person enrollment, on a registration form, by texting us a keyword, or by other means), you consent to receive SMS text messages from us.

  • Types of messages: Class reminders, schedule changes, membership updates, promotions, and customer service replies.
  • Message frequency: Frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month from automated reminders, plus conversational replies as needed.
  • Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for messages received and sent.
  • HELP: Text HELP to any of our numbers for assistance. You can also call or email Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club directly.
  • STOP / Opt-out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any SMS message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, contact us.
  • Carriers: Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with posted rules. We may terminate your access for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Health and Liability

Fitness activities involve physical risk. You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club disclaims liability for injuries arising from your voluntary participation. Specific release/waiver terms may apply in your enrollment paperwork.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website and the Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club name and logos are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Katko LLC DBA Hits Boxing Club operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
